Drop Off / Pick-Up
There will be a drop off zone located on East Mall (between West 16th Ave & Thunderbird Blvd). It is easiest to drop campers off when heading north on East Mall (away from West 16th towards Thunderbird Blvd). Please look for 'UBC Camps Drop Off' signs. Instructors will be waiting at the drop off zone and transport campers from this location to camp meeting areas. (please see the map below).
If you have not given your child permission to sign themselves out of camp, you will need to meet the instructor and the campers at the designated camp meeting area to sign your child out from camp. (please see the 'Camp Meeting Areas' and 'Parking' information below)
Parking
Short-term parking is available adjacent to most camp locations. Information regarding our 15-minute drop off/pick-up locations will be emailed to participants with their registration confirmation. UBC SOCCER SCHOOL - 15 minute Drop off / Pick-up sports available in the gravel lot behind the Allan McGavin Pavillion located in Thunderbird Park (please see the map below).
FOR CAMPS @ TENNIS CENTRE AND OSBORNE (see 'Camps Meeting Areas' below)
- PAY PARKING - Located between the UBC Tennis Centre and the Osborne Centre.
- DROP OFF / PICK UP PARKING - Spaces available behind the Osborne Centre
Entrance to all parking located between Osborne Centre and Tennis Centre off of Thunderbird Blvd. (between East Mall and Westbrook Mall.) The entrance can only be accessed when heading east on Thunderbird Blvd. (away from East Mall towards Westbrook Mall).
**This lot may get quite congested so please allow yourself extra time when dropping off or picking up campers. (please see the map below)
**Osbourne Field is located behind the Osborne Centre which is beside the UBC Tennis Centre on the map below (please see the red arrow)
