The Speed Science program is based on the premise that the best athletes on a team are almost always the fastest athletes and thus all athletes should be spending more time working on this aspect of their performance. The Speed Science program is open to:
any focused athlete who has the desire to learn how their body works and thus how to take it to its genetic potential. In all of our programs we like to create an atmosphere of intensity and achievement and for that reason uncommitted athletes will have a tough time keeping up with us.
Adam and the Speed Science staff will be at your side, guiding you every step of the way to meet your needs!
The Speed Science program offers the aspiring athlete the type of individualized attention and instruction generally reserved for university or professional athletes. You may not be able to run as fast, jump as high, or analyse the field of play at the same level of a world class performer but you will learn the very same techniques these athletes use to dominate their opponents.
The driving force behind the Speed Science program is the fact that the physical principles of Biomechanics apply to any healthy human body. Based on this premise we know that any athlete exposed to focused-technical training delivered by a skilful coach will experience a measurable increase in athletic performance, provided they have the passion and desire to commit to a disciplined program.
Here are just a few examples of the technique work you will be doing at our
sessions:
• how to make explosive directional changes like an NFL wide receiver
• how to jump like an NBA point guard
• how to sprint like an Olympic 100m track star
• learn efficient running technique like that of a professional soccer player
• learn what it means to eat for performance
